Preparer instructions for CSEA Employees Over/Extra Time in Other Department Timesheet

  1. Log into MyPortal and click on the Adobe Sign Employee Forms App

2. Click on the green “Access your Adobe Sign Dashboard”

3. Click on the “start from library” button

4. Click on “workflows” on the left hand side

5. In the search box, type in “extra”

6. Choose “CSEA Over/Extra Time in Other Department Timesheet PREPARER VERSION” and click “start”.

7. Enter the appropriate emails and also change the document name to the employee’s name and cwid and click send.

8. Complete the timesheet.
