NEW: Download important Zoom recordings before Oct 1st!
Hello, FHDA colleagues,
Zoom recordings require an enormous amount of storage, so CCC Tech Connect, our Zoom host, regularly and routinely deletes old recordings. This is a reminder that the next systemwide removal of old recordings will be on October 1, 2025. On that date, all recordings created prior to August 1, 2024 will be permanently deleted from our district Zoom accounts.
Going forward, Zoom recordings will be retained for only one year. Each year on July 1, recordings older than one year will be deleted automatically.
If you wish to preserve any recordings made before August 1, 2024, please download and save them to a secure location before October 1. The CCC Tech Connect website has for instructions for downloading Zoom recordings:
