Overview

This is a guide on how to turn a paper form into an electronic workflow. Users will deliver a fillable Adobe Sign PDF to ETS. ETS will create a corresponding workflow and the workflow will be available in MyPortal Adobe Sign app.

All signature blocks should be marked Required. Form requester will be the 1st signer (Participant Role = Sender), followed by Signer 1, Singer 2, Singer 3 and etc. The participle roles determine the order of the routing.

Create a Workflow

Step 1

Log in as the account administrator to Adobe Sign dashboard. Click on Account on the top nav and the Workflows on the left nav to create or update a workflow.
