MyPortal has a new look
MyPortal has a fresh new look! The new homepage is designed so it's easier to find the
features you want to use. Just click on the link in a card to use a feature!
If you're having trouble finding the application you need, simply click the hamburger icon in the upper right-hand corner to expand the navigation menu. From there, click on the 'Discover' menu to see a full list of applications. You can also use the search bar to quickly find any application by name.
If you have the problem of connecting to the new MyPortal site – or opening one of the
new apps once you've signed in. It is most likely because your web browser is retaining data from
the old MyPortal in your cache or cookies. You can fix that by clearing your browser cache,
cookies and browsing history. Or, re-launch your browser in Incognito or Private mode.
You should also check to make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser. For
security reasons, the new MyPortal won’t work with browser versions that are more
than two years old.
Once you’ve done that, you can type the address – myportal.fhda.edu – into your
browser. If you have MyPortal in your bookmarks or favorites list, you’ll want to update
your bookmarks to include the new page.
After signing in, you can find more information about the new MyPortal on the 'Getting Started' page located under the Resources section in the navigation bar Be sure to click “Getting Started Quickly” for a quick overview and helpful tips.
