How to remove phantom drop-in
Phantom drop-in means a drop-in shows up in the drop-in grid without student’s information. This issue has been reported by De Anza AAP & COUN.
The phantom drop-in stays active until it is deleted by SARS Support.
How this phantom drop-in occurs?
This can happen when student signs up for the drop-in session, then cancels the session; student may have closed the web page without saving the cancel request.
How to remove phantom drop-in?
To remove phantom drop-in, user creates an ETS ticket to request for deletion. In the ticket, include the SARS location, and allow 24-48 hours for the phantom record(s) to be removed.
How ETS handles request
ETS confirm the phantom drop-in in SARS, then submit a ticket with SARS Support to delete the entry with specified location and date/time in SARS database.
