Adobe Sign User Questionnaire

  1. Webform or Workflow
    1. Student forms that do not require students to enter recipient email(s) can be done as webforms
    2. Webform signers need to confirm their emails
    3. Webforms can be posted on the college/district websites. People can use personal email for the webforms but require 1 extra step to confirm email address.
    4. Workflows only live in MyPortal. Workflow starters need to sign in to MyPortal and have a district email (@fhda.edu or @student.foothill.edu or @student.deanza.edu)
  2. Any compliance requirement for the form?
    1. forms with PCI compliance or HIPPA compliance should not be using Adobe Sign for now
  3. Webform questions
    1. Identify who (include email) the completed form should be sent to for processing. 
  4. Workflow questions
    1. Who initiates the form? Employee or Faculty or Student or HR

    2. Who has to complete/sign the form and in what order? ex: First employee; Second supervisor/dean; Third: Vice Chancellor/HR Director
