Adobe Sign User Questionnaire
- Webform or Workflow
- Student forms that do not require students to enter recipient email(s) can be done as webforms
- Webform signers need to confirm their emails
- Webforms can be posted on the college/district websites. People can use personal email for the webforms but require 1 extra step to confirm email address.
- Workflows only live in MyPortal. Workflow starters need to sign in to MyPortal and have a district email (@fhda.edu or @student.foothill.edu or @student.deanza.edu)
- Any compliance requirement for the form?
- forms with PCI compliance or HIPPA compliance should not be using Adobe Sign for now
- Webform questions
- Identify who (include email) the completed form should be sent to for processing.
- Workflow questions
Who initiates the form? Employee or Faculty or Student or HR
Who has to complete/sign the form and in what order? ex: First employee; Second supervisor/dean; Third: Vice Chancellor/HR Director
